Dr Blackman studied at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School, graduating in 2011. He also completed a Bachelors in Philosophy as part of his studies. He has worked in Chichester, Eastbourne and Manchester and completed his GP training in the local area in 2019.

He has an interest in palliative care and is involved in trying to integrate advances in medical technology within our Primary Care Network.
