The surgery hopes that local university students can register with us and we recognize that university is an exciting but also busy time in a young persons life. That is why we have put together this informative page to help new and current students access the best healthcare possible at a convenience to you.
How can I register as a patient?
To register with us you just need to fill out our registration form.
Once you have registered with us your previous medical record will be sent over so that we can properly provide you with the best healthcare.
What kind of appointments can I access? Do I have to come into the Surgery for all of them?
We can provide same day GP and Minor Ill appointments as well as pre-bookable appointments up to 2 weeks in advance. We also have a range of other clinics available for specific conditions such as mental health, asthma, contraception and many more.
If you struggle to find the time to come into the surgery for an appointment, we also offer telephone call back appointments, you can just call the surgery and ask for a GP or other clinician to give you a call back on the same day to discuss your health concerns. Please note that these same day appointments are offered up until 12pm and pre-bookable telephone appointments are also available.
How can I get to the surgery via public transport?
If you wish to take the bus you can;
- Walking from the university to the Hotham Park bus stop and get on the 600 coastliner for Bognor Regis and this will take you to the High street stop Directly outside the Lloyds Bank on 33-37 High Street. Then you will need to get off and wait for the 600 coastliner Chichester which will take you the Hammonds roundabout ( The Martlets Pub and Restaurant), take the third exit off the roundabout into West Meads Drive, take the first left into Trinity Drive and we are located in the precinct a couple of minutes away.
