Health and Wellbeing Course

GP & Health Coach–led

We are offering a 6-week Lifestyle Wellbeing Course,  designed to support patients to make positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

The course provides guidance and support to help you:

  • Feel better day to day
  • Lose weight and keep it off (including if you are already on private weight loss injections)
  • Develop healthier habits
  • Support your mental wellbeing
  • Learn how lifestyle factors influence long-term health

This course may be suitable for patients who would like support to improve their health and wellbeing in a practical and supportive setting.

  • Start date: 7 May 2026 (every week except 14th May)
  • Time: 9am-10.30am
  • Course length: 6 weeks
  • Places: Limited
