We are thrilled to announce the results of the National GP Patient Survey, which was launched in January 2024. 

We are proud to share that our surgery has performed exceptionally well, surpassing the national average in overall patient experience.

The survey, which gathers feedback from randomly selected households about their experiences with local GP practices and NHS services, covers various aspects of healthcare, including ease of contact, quality of care, and services provided outside of regular practice hours. Our patients have rated us highly across the majority of these areas, reflecting our commitment to providing excellent care and service.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who participated in the survey. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us and the NHS improve health services for everyone.
