1. Register

Log in using your SystmOnline or your NHS app login details this will save you time. Alternatively you can complete a request without a login.

2. Submit

Whenever you have a health concern, you complete a request on the SystmConnect website.

You can submit requests for a variety of medical and administrative queries.

3. Review

We aim to review requests that are received before 4pm on the same day and an appropriate outcome will be emailed to you, along with a text message. Requests received after 4pm may not be dealt with until the next working day.
