The practice has been approved for GP and medical student training. Each year a fully qualified doctor with experience in hospital medicine may work with the practice as part of their preparation to become general practitioners. They share all aspects of patient care and the partners welcome their contribution to the team.
As part of the approval process the practice is regularly inspected. This involves looking at medical records - only doctors approved for this purpose will be authorized to look at patient records and they will respect their confidentiality. If you do not want your details to be available, please inform the practice of your wishes. Sometimes the doctor may need to video their consultations and in such cases the patient's permission will always be requested beforehand.
