West Meads Surgery (location map) was founded in 2000 to serve north-western Bognor Regis including the West Meads estate, Rose Green, North Bersted and Aldwick in addition to central Bognor Regis). We offer a Personal Medical Service to all our patients. Additionally we have specialist clinics including minor surgery, diabetes and asthma. Health visitors, midwives and counsellors all run clinics here as well.

 

We are able to register new patients on our list at the moment. You can either visit the surgery with two forms of ID or you can now pre-register on-line

 

The surgery is designed to allow wheelchair access. There are also disabled toilet facilities. If you are a carer and look after a relative or friend please let us know when you register with us. We may be able to support you and give you advice.
