repeat prescription requests to all our patients. We are currently accepting new patients for registration and you can

We are looking for patient experiences which are informative and would be of interest to other patients for our Patient group website.
This could be an account about a service that you have used and found helpful, an account of what you have found helpful in managing a medical condition that you have, or an account of a procedure that you have had so that the perspective of the patient can be given.
We would love to hear from you.
Please submit your contribution in written or typed format and give to the receptionists marked 'patient experience project' and it will be posted on the website. The accounts will be kept anonymous unless you would like to have your name published. Please let us know your preference.
